Agencies
A brokerage account above a group of agent workspaces — one contract, one overview, and each agent’s workspace still fully their own.
An agency is for a brokerage running Luxury Lab across its agents.
The shape
- The agency holds the contract, the roll-up view, and the single sign-on binding.
- Each agent has their own workspace — a full, sovereign tenant. Their listings, clients, and website are theirs.
- Principals hold owner access in every child workspace, granted by the agency rather than by the agent.
The agency itself holds no listings and no clients. It is governance and billing, not a shared database.
The agency view
Principals get Agency in the account menu.
- Portfolio tiles — the whole book of business at a glance.
- A card per workspace — the same figures each agent sees on their own insights page.
- A cross-workspace roster.
- Add an agent — creates the workspace and sends the invitation.
- Billing — one contract, per seat.
- Recruiting across the portfolio — when any child has a bench.
A seat is a distinct person, counted once no matter how many workspaces they touch.
What the contract includes
The full house for every child workspace — including custom design and recruiting. Agents under an agency do not need, and cannot take, their own membership.
Single sign-on
An agency can bind its identity provider. Agents signing in through it get a workspace created for them automatically on first sign-in, stamped to the agency, with principals granted. There is nothing to provision by hand.
Onboarding a recruit
When a recruit reaches committed and you are a principal, their dossier offers to onboard them: a workspace is created under the agency, they are invited, and the recruit’s timeline records it.
See Recruiting.
Leaving
Detaching a workspace from an agency leaves it standing — the agent keeps everything. The agency-granted principal access is removed; any membership the principal held in their own right stays.
