Photographs

Three sources feed every piece, and the order matters:

1. The listing’s own photographs — for anything about a specific property.
2. Your image library — your lifestyle shots, team photographs, event pictures.
3. The house collection — licensed stock, for the pieces that have no property of their own.

Your image library

The Image library panel on the Studio page. Upload, label, and remove.

Label everything. The labels are how you find an image later, and they are what the design generator reads when it is choosing imagery for a commission.

Your library appears everywhere a piece takes a photograph, so a market report can use your own streetscape rather than anything generic.

Elle can file images too:

[photo] save this to my library, call it “Heights streetscape”

That works over text message, which means a picture taken on a walk is in your library before you are back at a desk.

The house collection

A curated set of licensed photographs shared by every workspace — for the market report cover, the seasonal greeting, the buyer’s guide, the quote card.

Browse it from the Studio page or from the photo picker in the workbench. Search by what you want, or filter by room. Every photograph shows its credit.

Keep files a photograph into your own library. Nothing is copied — it simply appears among your images so it is available everywhere your library is, including to Elle.

The one rule

A stock photograph must never stand in for a real home.

This is enforced rather than merely advised: a piece anchored to a listing is never offered stock imagery at all. A photograph of somebody else’s kitchen cannot end up on a card about a property you are selling.

Attribution

Every photograph in the collection keeps its photographer, source, and licence. Credits are shown in the pickers. The original files are not offered for download — the collection is for use inside your pieces.
