Photographs
Your own image library, and a collection of licensed photography every workspace can draw from.
Three sources feed every piece, and the order matters:
- The property’s own photographs — for anything about a specific home.
- Your image library — your lifestyle shots, team photographs, event pictures, streetscapes.
- The Collection — licensed photography, for the pieces that have no property of their own.
Your image library
The Image library panel on the Studio page. Upload, label, and remove. Inside a piece, the same pictures sit on the Photos tab of the left rail — drag one straight onto the canvas, or drop it onto an empty frame to fill it.
Labels matter. They are how you find a picture later, and they are what Elle reads when she is choosing imagery for a piece. A new upload gets a label written for it automatically; Describe writes one for anything that came in without.
Elle can file pictures too:

That works over text message, so a picture taken on a walk is in your library before you are back at a desk.
Where used on any image tells you which pieces and which web pages are currently showing it — worth checking before you remove something.
The Collection
A set of licensed photographs shared by every workspace — for the market minute card, the seasonal greeting, the buyer’s guide, the quote card.
Browse it from the Studio page or from the photo picker inside a piece. Search by what you want. Every photograph shows its credit.
Keep files a photograph into your own library. Nothing is copied — it simply appears among your images so it is available everywhere your library is, including to Elle.

The one rule
A stock photograph must never stand in for a real home.
This is built in rather than merely advised: a piece attached to a property is never offered stock imagery at all. A photograph of somebody else’s kitchen cannot end up on a card about a house you are selling.
Attribution
Every photograph in the collection keeps its photographer, source, and licence, and the credit shows in the pickers. The original files are not offered as downloads — the collection is for use inside your pieces.
Removing a Collection photograph from your library removes your copy of it. The photograph itself stays in the collection, for you and for everyone else. Your own uploads, by contrast, are genuinely deleted.
