Design Studio
Branded marketing pieces that do not hang off a listing — market reports, buyer’s guides, quote cards, greetings, business cards. Fifteen templates plus one-of-one commissions, all wearing your brand.
The Studio is for the pieces a listing does not cover: the seasonal greeting, the market report, the buyer’s guide, the profile banner, the quote card, the note from the desk.
The templates
Social — spotlight, open-house invitation, coming-soon, sold, quote, agent card, greeting, milestone, note from the desk, profile banner.
Print — buyer’s guide (4pp), seller’s guide (4pp), market report (2pp), listing flyer, business card.
Fifteen in all, plus commissions — pieces composed for a brief rather than filled into a template.
They are grouped into tabs — Featured first, then Listing, Personal, Market, and Guides & print — and a search box sweeps all of them.
Your pieces
Everything you have made is grouped into drawers: one per property, labelled with its address, plus Brand & personal for everything unanchored. Newest first, four visible per drawer with a Show all if there are more.
The search box sweeps titles, template names, addresses, and the copy on the pieces themselves — so a piece is findable by something you wrote on it.
Brand alignment is computed
You do not choose colours. Each piece derives its palette from your two brand hexes — a warm paper white tinted toward your primary, the primary itself, the accent — and picks inks that stay legible on whichever ground you choose.
That is why any brand palette works, including pale ones that would normally put white type on a white background.
Two ways to start
- From the gallery — pick a template. Listing templates ask which property.
- From a listing — the Marketing tab links into the Studio with that property already attached.
Or ask Elle:
Make a coming-soon graphic for Ridgewood.
Make me a market report for the Heights.
Anchoring to a listing sets its cover photograph automatically.
Getting the piece out
- Social pieces export as PNG, at whichever of the five formats you pick — square, portrait, story, X, or wide.
- Print pieces are print-faithful pages. Print → Save as PDF.
