Documents

Ten pieces per listing — brochure, postcard, listing book, two presentations, an announcement email, and more. Every line of copy is editable in place.

The workbench

A document opens in a workbench: the piece in the middle, a collapsible sidebar on the left.

The sidebar holds everything about this document — which photograph, whether to show the price, the badge, your headshot, your logo, event details for the invitation. Changing anything is instant; nothing is saved to a server and waited on.

Your choices go into the address bar, so a configured document is a link you can send to yourself or a colleague.

Editing the copy

Click any text and type. Headlines, body copy, captions, the sign-off — all of it is directly editable. Click away and it saves against this listing and this document.

Edits are per document. Rewriting the headline on the brochure does not change the postcard. That is deliberate — the same property wants different words at different sizes.

To change copy everywhere at once, edit the underlying piece on the launch kit instead.

Generating copy inside a document

Most documents have a content control in the sidebar that writes the copy that document consumes. It writes to the same place the launch kit does, so it stays consistent across the shelf.

Getting a PDF

Print the page — P — and choose Save as PDF.

The pages carry real physical dimensions and their own print rules, so what comes out is correctly sized: a 9 × 6 postcard is a 9 × 6 postcard. Turn on background graphics in the print dialog, or the colour will be dropped.

For all of them at once, use Download the kit.

The announcement email

Not a printed page — it is real email HTML, built to survive Gmail and Outlook.

The toolbar gives you three ways to take it:

  • Copy subject
  • Copy HTML — for pasting into a sending platform
  • Copy for Gmail — copies it formatted, so pasting into a Gmail compose window keeps the layout

Send it from your own email or your sending platform. It is your announcement, from your address.

The brand behind them

Every document wears your two typefaces, your colours, your logo, your headshot, and your compliance line. Set those once on Brand and every document on the shelf follows.
