The concierge line
Everything Elle handled by text and phone, each conversation with a summary, the action items she picked up, and one-click tasks.
Inbox → Concierge.
The list
Every text conversation and every call, most recent first. Each carries a one-line summary of what it was about, so a call is findable by subject rather than by time.
A conversation page
Open one and you get the transcript, plus The brief above it:
- A headline — what this was about.
- An overview — a short paragraph.
- Action items — the things you said you would do.
Each action item has Add to tasks. One click files it on your board, worded as you said it.
Two chips sit alongside: Debrief me and Open in concierge, both landing in that same conversation so you can carry on from where the call ended.
Calls
Every call keeps a transcript. If full call recording is enabled for your account, the transcript is the complete spoken conversation, small talk included. Otherwise it holds each exchange that reached the concierge.
Summaries are written a few minutes after a conversation goes quiet — silence is how we know a call has ended. If you open a page immediately after hanging up, the brief may still be being written; it will be there shortly.
Texts
One continuous thread with the number. It also appears in your app drawer’s history as Texts, so you can carry on from a keyboard.
Texting reset or new chat starts fresh.
On the dashboard
When there is phone activity, a The line card appears on the dashboard with the three most recent conversations. It is absent when there is nothing to show.
Elle remembers across channels
She can recall her own conversations. “Like we discussed on my call yesterday” resolves — you do not have to find the call and quote it back to her.
Setting the line up
You need a verified mobile number. See By text and phone.
