What “custom design” means

Signature gives you designs built for you, rather than your details filled into a template.

  • The visual builder at Website → any design tab → Custom lets you compose a page block by block — hero, gallery, testimonials, enquiry form, and about twenty more — and arrange them however you like. It works on your landing page, your listing pages, and your contact page.
  • One-of-one commissions in the Studio are marketing pieces composed for your brief rather than filled into a template. You describe the piece; it is designed from scratch and remains fully editable afterwards.

Everything else in the Studio and on the Website — the sixteen templates, the five-plus-one design rails, custom pages, the journal — is included on Solo.

What “recruiting” means

The recruiting desk is a separate book for agents you are courting, kept deliberately apart from your client CRM. Recruits never appear in your client counts, never sync to an outside CRM, and never receive client marketing. See Recruiting.

Changing plan

Open the account menu → your role pill → Workspace, and use the billing card. Or go straight to /upgrade.

  • Only owners can start or change a membership.
  • Payment is handled by Stripe on their own hosted page. We never see your card.
  • Changing plan takes effect as soon as the payment confirms.
If you are on a demo workspace

A demo workspace is pre-filled with an example book so you can see how everything works. Taking a membership clears that example book and hands you an empty, real workspace — your account, your login, and your workspace name survive; the sample listings, clients and deals do not. The upgrade screen says so before you commit.

If you are part of a brokerage

Agents whose workspace sits under an agency account do not hold their own membership — the brokerage’s contract covers the full house, including custom design and recruiting. Your workspace settings will point you at your principal rather than showing a payment form. See Agencies.

When a Signature feature is locked

Locked surfaces do not disappear or throw errors. They show a short plate explaining what the feature is and how to unlock it, and every other route to the same data keeps working. Asking Elle to do something Signature-only gets you a plain sentence back rather than a silent failure.
