Getting started
One place for your listings, your clients, your website and your marketing — plus an assistant who can do most of the work for you.
Most real estate software makes you do a lot of data entry. Luxury Lab works the other way round: you say what happened, or what you want, and it files the record, writes the copy, and lines up whatever comes next.
What lives here
Everything about your business sits in one workspace.
| Section | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Today at a glance |
| Briefing | What needs attention this morning, who you have not spoken to in a while, and which buyers fit a new listing |
| Tasks | Everything you said you would do, plus work the app has lined up for you |
| Listings | Your portfolio — both MLS-fed and manually entered — with photographs, marketing copy, and print documents |
| Clients | Your contacts, their history, their deals, and key transaction dates |
| Website | Your public site — landing page, listing pages, custom pages, journal, contact page |
| Studio | Marketing pieces that are not about one property — guides, market reports, social graphics, cards |
| Inbox | Lead conversations, showing requests, and a record of everything Elle handled by text and phone |
Alongside those, in the account menu: your Brand (the look every public surface wears), Integrations (calendar, email, outside CRMs), Recruiting, and Workspace settings.
Two things worth knowing up front
- Elle can do the work, not just answer questions. She has access to everything you do. “Add the Ridgewood listing, three bed, ask two one five” creates it. “Who should see it?” checks it against your buyers. “Draft the announcement email” writes it. She works the same way in the app, over text, and on a call.
- The website is yours, not ours. It carries your name, your photographs, your colours, and your own domain if you want one. Visitors see no sign of Luxury Lab. Enquiries from it land in your Clients list automatically.
