What she remembers
Standing notes Elle carries into every conversation — how you sound, how you like things done, and the facts of your practice. You write them, in your own words, and you can take any of them back.
Telling Elle the same thing every week is a waste of your time. Memory is where a thing you have told her once stays told.
Adding a note
Say it anywhere — the drawer, a text, a phone call:
Remember: I sign off “Warmly, Ada”, never “Best”.
Remember I don’t do rentals.
Or open Memory from the account menu and write it there.
Three kinds

What she keeps, and what she does not
Only your own words. Elle records what you actually said. She does not infer things about you from how you work and file them as facts.
Three things deliberately do not go here:
- Anything with a proper home. Your brokerage, your licence number, your tagline belong on your brand, where the website and the documents read them.
- Anything about one client. That belongs on that client’s record. Keeping client facts here would also put them in reach of the copy she writes, and your private notes are never allowed there.
- Anything you did not say. See above.
The whole book, visible
Everything she is holding is on one page, in your words, with where each note came from. Reword a note or forget it, one click either.
Forgetting a note takes it out of every conversation from that moment on. It stops being something she knows.
When a new note takes effect
A note is in play from the next conversation. Say “remember I sign off Warmly” mid-conversation and she has it immediately — she is reading the conversation. The next time you open a fresh one, it is part of what she carries in.

If you started on a sample workspace, upgrading clears the sample book — but not your notes. Things you told her about yourself were true before you paid, and they stay.
