Elle

Your assistant. She can see everything you can — listings, clients, deals, your website, your marketing — and she works in the app, over text, and on the phone.

Elle is named for the two Ls in the Luxury Lab mark, read aloud.

She is not a help widget. She can do the same things you can: create a listing, add a client, draft an email, make a marketing piece, move a deal, add a task, publish your website. Anything she does is a real change to your workspace, recorded exactly as if you had clicked the buttons yourself.

Three ways to reach her

The main thing to know

She can see what you are looking at. Open a listing and ask “who should see this?” and she knows which listing you mean. Open a client and say “draft a follow-up” and she knows who. The page you are on shows as a small chip in the message box, and you can attach or remove it with one tap.

So you can ask for things the way you would ask a colleague, without naming records or repeating yourself.

What she will not do without asking

A few actions get a confirmation card in the transcript before they happen — things that leave your workspace or reach another person:

  • Publishing or unpublishing your website or a listing page
  • Inviting someone to your workspace
  • Enrolling a client in a nurture plan
  • Pushing contacts to, or importing them from, an outside CRM

She also cannot send email to a lead, on purpose. She writes the reply and leaves it in the box for you. Sending is always your click — replying to inbound email is not something we let an assistant do unsupervised.

Where the conversation lives

One continuous conversation, rather than a folder of separate threads. Listings and clients attach to it instead of splitting it up. Texts and phone calls keep their own transcripts, since those really are separate conversations.

Everything is searchable from the history panel, and she can look it up herself — “like we discussed on my call yesterday” works without you having to find the call first.
