Outside CRMs
Mirror your contacts to Follow Up Boss, Lofty, Salesforce, or HubSpot — and import what is already there.
If your brokerage runs a CRM you are required to use, connect it here and your contacts appear in both places without double entry.
Clients → Settings, or the CRM section of Integrations. Either surface manages the same connection.
What connects
| CRM | Connects with |
|---|---|
| Follow Up Boss | An API key |
| Lofty | An API key |
| Salesforce | Sign-in, plus your My Domain address |
| HubSpot | Sign-in |
Key-based connectors ask for a key and tell you where to find it in that CRM. Sign-in connectors open the provider’s own consent screen.
Connecting is limited to owners and admins. Everyone can see the status.
Unlike the calendar and email integrations — which are per person — a CRM connection is one per workspace and shared by everyone in it.
Pushing contacts out
Once connected, new leads are mirrored automatically as they are captured. There is also a bulk push for the book you already have.
Pushes are best-effort by design: if the outside CRM is down or rejects a record, your contact is still saved here, and the failure is reported on the settings page rather than blocking your work.
Once a contact has been pushed, later pushes update the same record rather than creating duplicates.
Importing
Each connector can import in the other direction. Contacts arrive with what the source system holds — name, reach details, and stage where it maps.
Elle can run both directions on request; she confirms first, because moving a book between systems is not a small thing.
What never syncs
- Your private notes. The dossier stays here.
- Recruits. The recruiting book is a separate domain and cannot reach an outside CRM. See Recruiting.
Disconnecting
Disconnect from the same card. Your contacts stay; only the link is removed. Keys are stored encrypted and are deleted when you disconnect.
