Clients
Everyone you know: what you last said to them, what they are looking for, what you owe them, and what is closing.
Open Clients. Three things share the page:
- The book — everyone, searchable and filterable.
- Today — a rail down the side: follow-ups due, people who have drifted, birthdays and home anniversaries in the next month.
- The routes out — the pipeline, nurture plans, and connector settings.
What a contact carries
| Kind | Buyer, seller, both, sphere, and so on |
| Stage | New → engaged → nurture → active → past client, or dormant |
| Tier | VIP, priority, or standard — this sets how often you should be in touch |
| A buy-side brief | Price band and markets. This is what powers buyer matching |
| Key dates | Birthday, home anniversary |
| Private notes | Your dossier. Never synced out, never quoted in outbound copy |
Follow-up rhythm
Tier sets a default: VIP every 30 days, priority every 60, standard every 120. You can override it per person on their brief.
When someone passes their rhythm they appear in the Today rail, in your morning briefing, and — if they drift far enough — as an actual task on your board.
Logging a call, email, text, meeting, inquiry, or showing counts as being in touch and resets the clock. Writing yourself a note does not. This is on purpose: thinking about someone is not the same as speaking to them.
Leads file themselves
Every enquiry from your public website — a listing enquiry, the contact page, a gated page unlock — creates or updates a contact automatically, logs the moment on their timeline, and starts the conversation thread.
A returning visitor accretes one history rather than becoming a second record.
